ONYX Coffee Lab

We welcome ONYX Coffee Lab as our December Guest Roaster! This month we will have two of their holiday coffees. Each is a single origin coffee with a unique holiday name.

1. Framily - Ethiopia Bensa Segera - tasting notes: London Fog, Berries, Cocoa, Silky

Onyx defines Framily:

1) a group of individuals that you love, e.g., friends and family

2) the name for one of the delicious holiday coffees from Onyx Coffee Lab

We will have this coffee in retail only.

2. Krampus - Kenya Kamviiu. Tasting Notes: Cinnamon, Dark Chocolate, Grapefruit, Caramel.

1) a European myth of a half-goat, half-demon that is St. Nicholas’ companion and punishes naughty children during Christmas season

2) the name for one of the delicious holiday coffees from Onyx Coffee Lab

This coffee will be available for retail and on bar.
